Collen Mafela is a Professional Accountant (SA) with over 17 years finance experience. He wrote the South African Institute of Professional Accountants board exam in 2013, passed on first attempt and was then admitted as a member in 2014. He also has a BCom (Accounting) degree which he obtained in 2012 from the University of Venda (UNIVEN) in Limpopo province and an Advanced Programme in Tax (Tax Law) obtained in 2019 through the University of South Africa (UNISA), Collen has recently completed a short course in Climate and Sustainability Reporting offered by CIBA and Regenesys and sponsored by Fasset.

Apart from performing statutory audits, he was also trained on financial and management accounting and taxation. Post his SAICA articles, he worked as an Accountant for 1time Airline (one of the audit clients) and was then employed as a Group Financial Manager at Midway Two Service group (also one of the audit clients). After leaving Midway Two Service Group, he worked as a consultant in a financial management role for Brightwave Technologies (a 100% empowered new age telecoms company) and then left in October 2017 to join SNG Grant Thornton as Business Process Solutions Manager. He is currently working at Council for Debt Collectors as a Chief Financial Officer.

Shumani Mafela is an administrator and a supply chain specialist at heart. She has an intense passion for ensuring things are in order and is also responsible for some of the company's business development. She has the following qualifications which she has obtained through the University of South Africa (UNISA):

• BCom in Public Procurement Management - 2023
• Certificate in Public Procurement and Supply Chain Management - 2017
• Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management - 2014

She also has Diploma in Administrative Assistant obtained from Boston Business College in the year 2000. Shumani has an extensive career experience in the motor industry having worked as a stores controller for Midas in Wynberg for over 6 years and at Super Spares for 4 years and she is currently working in the supply chain environment.
